First log-in with your username and password
In "Member Area" click "Camp Registration"
Select the number of people you want to register, then proceed to the next page.

Yes. From the registration page (see 1 above), select the number of people you want to register and then proceed to the next page to enter their First and Last names and other details. You can register upto six (6) people at a time.

Ensure that the information provided for each camper is valid
It is compulsory to enter the First Name and Last Name of each camper
Simply fill-in each camper's information on each line even if such camper is not paying (0 - 3 years)

At the moment, the system only allows you to register for six (6) people at a time. When you have completed the registration process for the first 6, you can always return to the registration page to register more people.

Yes. Even though registration for children ages 0 - 3 years is free, we need to know they are coming.

No. All you need is a major credit card - Master card, Visa, American Express or a Discover card. We only use PayPal to process your payment

Yes, You can pay in installments.
First submit the registration form, then choose the amount you want to pay now. You can always return at a later date (before the camp date) to make more installments untill you have completed your payments.

This is needed to complete the online billing transaction. Especially if you do not have a paypal account.

The Rules and Regulations are basic guidelines aimed at providing a safe, quiet, peaceful and conducive Christian family atmosphere for all to enjoy the camp session. It is compulsory to agree to the rules before your registration can be processed.
We know life happens and you may not be able to attend camp as previously planned. NANA will make full refund if the request is made 90 days or more before camp date (Youth Summit). If the request is made less than 90 days to camp, a refund of total paid less $50 per camper on the invoice will be made. If the refund request is less than 2 weeks to camp date, the greater of 50% of total paid or $50 per camper on the invoice will be made. There will be no refunds if request is made less than 48 hours to camp date (Youth Summit).

 

Note:
We do not own the facilities we use. Usually we are under obligation to provide a guaranteed number of attendees to our host facilities months ahead. The numbers we submit are estimates based on registration and a couple other factors. This is the reason why NANA is not able to make full refunds after certain dates. Given that NANA is a not-for-profit and camp has not been a money making venture for the organization, the amount held back during refund requests help us to limit our losses.
