About NANA

The idea of NANA was conceived in 1999, when it was impressed in the mind of some of the leaders that there was a need for us to get together, develop ourselves along the line of our Christian heritage, and also expose our children to some of our cultural values. As a result of some direct and sometimes indirect efforts by the organization, some churches have been planted and they are growing!

One of the major forums by which we have been able to gather together is the annual camp, simply referred to as NANA Camp. This has been held in the different parts of the US from year to year. NANA Camp is always a wonderful experiencewith over 200 of us from around the US, Canada and also visitors from Nigeria and England.

Membership is open to all Seventh-day Adventists, who are Nigerians either by birth, or by naturalization, and who presently live in North America. Members are expected to be at least 18 years old. We are a non-profit organization and we have no link to any political organization.
