Nigerian Adventists in North America (NANA)

The idea of NANA was conceived in 1999, when it was impressed in the mind of some of the leaders that there was a need for us to get together, develop ourselves along the line of our Christian heritage, and also expose our children to some of our cultural values.

NANA has since been providing the medium through which Nigerian Adventists in North America, no matter their ethnicity, can come together and join hands in fellowship, and collectively assist one another through programs, activities and information sharing designed to help enrich our Adventist Christian experience.

NANA Youths

Youth and Young Adults

The need to expose our children, youths and young adults to our Christian heritage as well as our cultural values was one of the reasons NANA was founded. Ever since inception, NANA Youth has been a strong, vibrant arm of the organization. Our annual camp meetings afford NANA youths from across the county, Canada, UK and even Nigeria to come together, get to know each other, share experiences all while appreciating whom they are, and where they are.

NANA Youth Summit is an extension of NANA camp (sort of pre-camp). Youths gather for 3-4 days before the start of annual camp meetings. They use the opportunity to fellowship together, go on field trips and most importantly, engage in community services in the host community. NANA youths have volunteered in food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters etc.
